Toys ''R'' Us Reviews
-
Pros
Offer competitive starting wage. Friendly and helpful co-workers. Fun work atmosphere. Helpful department supervisors. Good for part-time or seasonal work.
Cons
Don't expect store managers or assistant managers to care much about you. They preach open door policies and talk about their desire to work with you, but when it comes time to act, they fall short. Managers and supervisors play favorites with certain employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Start practicing what you preach. Actually listen to your employees (and no, going over the results of the internal survey and saying that the results were skewed, then patting yourself on the back doesn't count). Stop changing the way everything is done without feedback from actual employees.
