I have been working at Toys ''R'' Us full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Being the Store Receiving Specialist requires minimal experience as training is done there. It does get a hectic during seasonal times as your job pase will drastically increase alone with job requirements.

    Cons

If you're the SRS and get put on truck duty it really hinders your ability to accomplish your daily tasks as trucks normally take the full 8 hour work day.

    Advice to Management

Understand as the SRS that we have our own responsibilities and need the majority of our shift to get our job requirements accomplished. Do not load up the SRS with all other small needs around the store.

I have been working at Toys ''R'' Us full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people are great. Pay is decent. They're very good with working around availability and requested days off. The management is really good about letting their supervisors task on their own.

    Cons

Resets come in groups all at once and can be overwhelming, putting employees behind and making it hard to get everything done.

    Pros

The managing staff want you to do great things. They want to build a staff that will be hardworking and get their stuff done. They may be a little hard on you sometimes, but they just want what's best for you

    Cons

Not a good employee discount. 10% on *selected* items. Extremely not good.

    Advice to Management

Go a little easier on employees. Other then that, can't say anything too much that they need to improve on.
