    Very easy to move up into the company
    yearly reviews every year
    very easy to relocate if you need to

    Cons

    Every DM is different even if you are in the same region so going from store to store may change. High selling company

    Treat everyone equally
    listen to all employees they know more than you do
    Encourage all employees they will perform better

    Fun environment & you meet celebrities

    Cons

    Hours one week you have 30 hours the next week you have 8 hours.
     Managers don't have a clue about ANYTHING
    Dirty stores

    Pros

    Getting to work with a small group in the back of house. A lot of different things to learn & do. You won't get bored.

    Cons

    Not always the best communication between departments. You end up cleaning up after associates that dump random stuff in the storeroom.

    Advice to Management

    Hire fewer seasonal employees & let the regulars get overtime.

    Pros

    Meeting different people. Social atmosphere. Being able to help people find what they want.

    Cons

    The Unhappy customer you will NEVER make happy no matter what you try to do for them.

    Advice to Management

    Give a little more training on the computer cash register, so if you run into a problem when checking someone out, you will be able to fix it fast and not have to wait for your manager to come over and fix the problem!!

    The managers are very understanding and are willing to work for you as long as you do your job. There's flexibility when making your schedule.

    Cons

    The pay isn't that great and while the scheduling is flexible if its not during season getting a decent amount of hours can be hard.

    Pros

    You learn to deal with customers. Not everyone is crazy as the seem. You also get to play with cool toys

    Cleaning the store is the worst.
