Former Employee – worked at Toys ''R'' Us full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great pay, get to help customers everyday, very fun environment, discount on store items, helpful coworkers, pretty easy job overall
Cons – sometimes people would call out and when there was supposed to be 10 people working that day only 2 would show up, supervisors would change sometimes so once you got used to a certain way of doing things another supervisor would come in and change up your whole routine which can be annoying
Advice to Senior Management – Allow people who are there as seasonal employees to receive direct deposit. I don't think that would be too hard to make happen.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at Toys ''R'' Us full-time for more than a year
Pros – Get to work with toys and training for management is good. They have invested in their equipment and POS systems in the last few years. My former district manager was outstanding and really cared about his employees.
Cons – Company doesn't have a solid direction on where they want to be for the moment. Not many opportunities to grow. Managers like most retail establishments are moved around to help save any store that is feeling the crunch. Not many hours for employees to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Have better direction.

Current Employee – been working at Toys ''R'' Us part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Interact with kids and parents, fun to be around toys all day, demonstrations for kids on certain saturdays, fun environment to work in, managers are all pretty chill
Cons – no incentives to hit metrics...if metrics aren't hit hours are cut, parents during christmas are rude and terrible, slow when not in season, coupons restrict a lot of items so people get mad easily
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize employees for selling extra services, incentive based rewards
