Pros
It was a nice place to work. No real complaints. Just moved on. Natural progression in life and career. Yes.
Cons
Very busy. Sometimes it was hard to keep up. Lots of clients. Needed to take phone calls outside of work.
Advice to Senior Management
Work on making a better office environment. More team bonding experiences. Bowling, picnics, stuff like that. Friendship activity. And such.

Great people work at TradeBeam.

Lack of focus. Too much reaction versus planning.
Advice to Senior Management
You need to spend money on infrastructure and share vision with entire company.
