Mediocre Pay, Long Hours, Poor Culture

    Sales Representative (Former Employee)

ProsUncapped Commission Program. Ability to meet and work with different people. The office personnel we're usually well motivated and competent team members.

ConsPrepare to work 55+ hours a week and depending on work load, working on weekends as well. Poor culture where you worked with a lot of irresponsible individuals (field employees and clients alike) who as a whole have very little loyalty to the company. Has a terrible turn over rate for its field representatives. Implementation of new sales CRM turned into a big brother approach of daily activities.
