    Pros

free coffee, however it is the worst coffee ever...

    Cons

If you want to have a miserable life, please join Tradeweb Europe. There is nothing worth than to work in Tradeweb Europe. 25 people left TW in 2013, 13 so far and it is only August 2013.

Tradeweb not only make your life miserable when you work in the company, also when you leave the company. When you joined there is a non-compete clause in your contract of employment, very well hidden, which means that you cannot work for a competitor of TW for the next 6 months... and TRADEWEB DID NOT EVEN PAY YOU FOR THIS... so, you will be quiting your job because your life is miserable, and after that, they dont allow you to work in any other competitor for the next 6 months. Of course, HR said: you can work in other place, I guess she thinks I can work in McDonals or Sainsbury....

What a stupid move I made when I decided to join TW. Dont expect learning, or work-life balance, or leadership or career progression or a friendly environment. They know how to make your life miserable so while you work your azz.. off, they will be hiring former bankers for double or triple of your salary...

Welcome to the jungle, welcome to tradeweb: Please read your contract of employment, and if there is a non-compete clause, do not sign it unless they agree to pay you while you cannot work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Life is too short, and the credit market is to small.... I was your employee, I might be your employer in the near future... and guess what....

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
