Every organizations have some cons. So like wise Tradus have also some of them but not that high that it is required to mention. Infact the major cons is - Employees being scolded by their wives for not reaching home daily on time.Infact, this is the speaciality of Tradus that it gets its employee involved into the work with a feeling of Entrepreneur.
