    Great company

Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) Deerfield Beach, FL

ProsI was in the hospital for 3 months with appendicitis. Susan Whitman got other employees to pitch in their vacation so that I was taken care of. The support was overwhelming and touching. I was sad when they sold the property that I worked at.

ConsAside from typical office politics, nothing out of the ordinary.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep taking good care of your employees.

ProsUpper management was always supportive and provided opportunity for growth. Ability to work a flexible schedule as long as all necessary work was completed. Bonus potential is great.
