    Pros

    The work environment is awesome! The company is growing and changing so it is a great time to be part of the corporate team. A great learning experience for anybody that's willing to put in their two cents and enjoy the ride to improving the overall company culture.

    Cons

    if you are not a person that embraces change or is willing to "go with the flow" then this probably is not the place for you.

    I have been working at Trans Inns Management

    Pros

    This is such a positive work enviornment! I love coming to work! There are great benefits and great pay - considering the economy. Management is fair. Lots of incentives at work!

    Cons

    None so far. I have been very fortunate to find such a friendly team that really wants you to exceed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you are doing. This is such a great work enviornment and it really makes a difference with your staff when the employees WANT to come to work.
