Pros
The benefits are the best I have ever had. The people are very nice to each other.
Cons
We are struggling & wages have been frozen for quite sometime now
Advice to Senior Management
We do need to communicate alot better to get through this rough time..Too many people telling us different things or not taking care of customers like we should be
