    I worked at TransFirst

    Pros

Good benefits package. PTO and vacation time ok.

    Cons

Company growth strategy may not always include retaining employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mid level managers need to be better appointed, too many newbies, and not just to the industry.

I worked at TransFirst full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Plenty of leads to call

    Cons

Leads were already called on by previous reps and many decision makers upset due to a different TransFirst rep calling each month. Many of the tenured reps DO NOT earn commission check.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set proper income expectations don’t promise $55K-$65K the first year. With the (confusing) commission structure it is just not possible for new reps. Set a realistic expectation of $35K-$45K annually. The wording on the 401K comp plan is weak. Just state that’s it’s a 3% match, don’t make it seem like its 6% (if you start working at this company you will know what I mean, just pay attention on how they word things).

    I worked at TransFirst

    Pros

Nothing to even remotely worth speaking about in a positive manner. This company inherited folks from another company that suffered financially due to middle and c-level management stupidity.

    Cons

The entire operation, people that possess no integrity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
