There is a whole new round of Management, which the work atmosphere has became less stressful to employees, The new Management is at least making an effort.

    Cons

wages are very low for having such high standards, Split shifts are approx. 3+ hrs long and employees are there for14 hrs and those that live out of town can't afford to go home ..

    Advice to Management

Get Employees more involved in decision making and give recognition for jobs well done.

    Pros

There is a lot of overtime available if you want it most of your co-workers are nice you can move up the list faster because of the high turnover

    Cons

No room for advancement especially for females lots of favoritism problems with the equipment no accountability or transparency from management there is a lot of secrecy

    Advice to Management

Make a real effort to provide vehicles to advance and grow not just for the guys but for the gals also try to be more transparent and stop with all the secrecy fix the equipment that is needed

    Pros

Nice people, decent wages, lots of overtime, good home and work life balance, good benefits. Management will work with you if you need time off.

    Cons

Buses breakdown a lot. Too much activity on two way radio. It can be frustrating when you're trying to reach dispatch and you can't, because too many people are trying to call at once.

    Advice to Management

Give away more gift cards to drivers with good safety practices.

    Pros

Good pay ok benefits good supervisors

    Cons

This location is union which is why you have good pay but corporate benefits which are ok. Supervisors are good but won't write up any one who refuses to work. If you're a hard worker they take advantage and force you to do other people's jobs.

    Advice to Management

Step up and write people up and put your foot down.
