    Pros

Excellent training, diverse group of people and great benefits. Paid training and availability of flexible training completion dates.

    Cons

Unionized, but UNION reps are not available. You must deal with people, like in retail jobs. Shifts are distributed by senority. Generally must drive before opportunity for other positions.

    Advice to Management

Management is positive and upbeat, but generally not available. Recorders are necessary to know the truth about incidents.

    Pros

On average the pay is good, benefits are ok for the money.

    Cons

Union representation is lacking, the company flies just under DOT Laws and rules about how much downtime a driver gets. They force you to work on your off days, and since you don't get vacation or PTO days until after you've worked for the company a year, you run the chance of getting fired sooner then later. They really need to update the GPS system and the monetary collection system.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the Drivers...the drivers are the ones in the trenches everyday. Seasoned drivers have a better knowledge of how much time it takes to get from point A to point B and so forth. Although this is a shared ride system consider separating the medical appointment rides from all other rides.

    Pros

Very relaxed management, No surprises, 6 week-40 hours per week-paid training.

    Cons

Relatively low compensation. Job itself is boring. 8 hours a day sitting down. New drivers often work nights and split shifts.

    Pros

Lots of growth throughout the company and many opportunities for those willing to work hard.

On demand division runs a very lean operating model with very few people. You have to do a lot of work with minimal support staff.

    Pros

    Mostly good people working there.

    Cons

Company brought in all inexperienced management when they won the contract. All instructions are verbal for fear of writing it down. Verbal policies change daily. Dispatch is reactive vs proactive. Even if they know a detour exoists they won't tell you till you get there. Benefits are bare minimum. New recruits are given minimal training - many accidents. Management does not respond to any input. Maintenance is substandard. Red tagged buses are sent back on the road. Union rep poor - can take 6 days to reach a rep. Mandatory 6 day work week.

    Advice to Management

    Get someone with managemnt experience
