Pros
I was given a break when I needed it most. The training was excellent.. my seniors guided me throughout the entire process. I felt as if I would never be able to cope and my managers gave me full confidence in myself.
Cons
I feel nobody knows anything about how important the job we do is. I feel people underestimate the vital support we provide to the medical sector and how much we learn on the job.
Advice to Senior Management
Please open some more branches. I would also like it if the website had more clear information about the job so that the older generation knows more about this.
Pros
They give you very good training, their incentive scheme is clear and very competitive. They give performance of the employee a lot of importance rather than anything else. Throughout your training and on-job work they have somebody to guide you every step of the way. I am very happy with the technology and systems they have in place.
Cons
I feel bad about losing out on Indian holidays, but many of friends have the same problem so it is okay.
Advice to Senior Management
Try and do some more publicity about the job and company so that more people know about this opportunity. Most people do not know what MT is.
Pros
Be aware of management before you join transdyne. If you join you need to regret for it.
Cons
I have seen down line in my career, pressure more over polictics, no proper information about the tasks. Contracts are worse. We need to submit academic certificates 10+Inter+.... up to higher or cheque worth more than 50000 rs+2 year contract sign.
If we break the contract they put a case in court, we need to pay the suggested amount to get back the certificates.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn to be professional. Employeea re huma being don't play politics at work place and reuine their careers
