Current Employee – been working at Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) full-time
Pros – This is very dynamic and nimble place but very focused on bringing in transitional benefits to patients. All communication is dynamic and well received in most cases. Tons of talents under its roof.
Cons – Relatively small place completing with many larger and very competitive research institutes like Broad and Scripps.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to improve career path for post doctoral fellows.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
