Advice to Senior Management
Vogt et al took lot of bad decisions
Pros
Flexible work hours.
Work is interesting.
Cons
No reward for good performance.
No stock options.
No 401K contribution by employer.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to take care of employees
Pros
Great place if you live in the Tri-Valley area. Benefits are pretty good, but would be better with a 401K match, bonus program, tuition reimbursement and charitable match program.
Cons
CEO is not a good communicator. He lacks the ability to think before he speaks. The other execs are always apologizing for him or trying to smooth things over with the employees after his All-Hands meetings.
Advice to Senior Management
The CEO needs to show some empathy and humility. He is too ego driven. It makes him an ineffective leader & does little to instill trust or confidence in his vision (if he has one) or judgment.
