    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    work hours-7:30am - 4:30pm, thats about it.

    Cons

    1) Micromanagement to the max, all upper management cannot write or speak proper English 2) Benefit: what benefits? bare minimum at best for the company to get by without getting in trouble by law 3) Inappropriate/racist/sexist comments by CEO during meeting, which it's no surprised that company gets law suits constantly. CEO's constant use of curse in broken English and public humiliation is daily scene during staff meetings 4) HIGH turnover 5) Less than competitive pay (beyond below average by industry standard) and company will reduce/pay cut at any given time without any reasoning. They will promise the world in the beginning to get you hired, than nothing follows through even after probation period is over. Employees that has been with the company for 8+ years has gotten $0.25 raise since their hire date. Owner is extremely cheap and greedy, controller has zero idea about running a company 6) No HR department 7) Extremely political and toxic work environment

    Advice to Management

Learn English, stop micromanaging, train staffs properly, fair wage
