Pros
Decent pay and benefits. The do provide good tools for getting the work done.
Cons
They did not tell me the truth about travel when they hired me and 3 months later they told me that I would be traveling much more. 3 out of 14 people in my training class were left after a year on the job. The travel required was brutal.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop relying on lawyers and accountants to run your business. It will run you into the ground over the long haul.

Some leadership tends to be dictatorial - limited field authority.

Allow your mid level greater say in how they rate staff and in compensation and bonus discussions

Good benefits, strong and stable financially, opportunity to move between departments.

Like many companies, over the past 5 years the work/life balance decreased. More and more was expected with less resources.

Wonderful leadership at the executive level. Very disappointed in the number of jobs that were moved out of the country.

Travelers is not the best place to work anymore in CT. It's losing its appeal real quick.

a lot of the work is completed leveraging ordinary people dedicated to doing exceptional work. this should be embraced via financial recognition which is sorely lacking for regular employees.

Sometimes it can be restricting learning certain skills in such a large company where areas are so specialized.

Great job thus far. Keep heading in the right direction and keep attracting young talent.

Position allows me to work from home; company car with personal use benefits; laptop provided; internet service paid for; cell phone provided; works independently. Satisfying career.

Numbers driven, can be overwhelming at times but nothing that can be overcame, if not used to working alone this could be an issue for some.

More recognition, upgrade technology, 4 ten hour workdays, stop focusing on numbers so much. More frequent training and seminars amongst peers.
