    Pros

Management cultivated a pleasant workplace. Co workers and supervision made me feel like a valued member of the team.

    Cons

Repetitive work environment in a call center environment. Heavy workload with minimal training and experience gained only through mistakes made.

    Pros

Benefits are good, pay is within industry standards, very competent co-workers, working out of home is great, travel allowances are good, fair amount of flexibility.

    Cons

Lack of sufficient training, unrealistic expectations, managers who are so afraid of upper management that they can't be trusted to stick up for their people, Field Managers that don't return emails or phone calls, not a good system for awarding pay raises or bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Being by far the most profitable division in the entire company, and the fact that the RCC's have an incredible amount of customer interaction, the management should strive provide a higher level of job satisfaction. It appears that there are a lot of job openings in the boiler and machinery division which indicates a dissatisfaction from within. Restricting pay raises and bonuses while Jay Fishman is making 37 million dollars per year is sickening.

    Pros

Freedom. Schedule flexibility. Car. Co workers are great. I really like working out my house and being able to schedule my own appts.

    Cons

They don't manage the CAT events well. Their expectations are increasingly hard to meet. They are very negative and unsupportive. Lately it seems like they are trying to burn people out.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees. No one care what you have to say until they know YOU care!!

Travelers is a well run company that takes care of its employees. The benefits are good and the work is interesting.

    Cons

    Advice to Management
