    Pros

Benefits are good. Hours are good Monday through Friday no weekends.

    Cons

Everyone is out for themselves and pay is not what it should be for the amount of work involved and their educational expectations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's better to hire and pay a little more money because when you lose a trained employee it takes around a years worth of salary to train another one. Better to train one and have them stay.

    Pros

Wonderful resources. Outstanding underwriters and claims staff.
    Solid benefits and competitive salary.

    Cons

Huge disconnect between management and front line staff. There is no work life balance, although they continually stress that it exists. Don't expect mentoring from management.
You spend more time covering your behind than focusing on the task at hand. Needless filler activities.
    Typical modern day corporation.

    Pros

A majority of people here are very nice and supportive though some others can come off as very rude. A lot of business networks allow employees to become engaged and expand their networks and management so far is very supportive of development. There are lots of opportunities and development programs for young talent just getting into the workforce from college and a lot of support to get them to learn a lot about their jobs and the industry.

    Cons

Salaries are not high enough after several years on the job. A lot of older folks in the company in processing type roles are not efficient enough and workloads between entry level college graduates and folks who have been around for 45 years in the same job remain very uneven and skewed. Though there is a lot of great exposure, there is also a large workload where you should be paid more in salary for the time that is put in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lose some unnecessary weight to increase efficiency and increase salaries for those who warrant it.
