    Pros

Great work-life balance, nice work environment, flexible work-from-home policy

    Cons

Pay is below market levels, company is trying to climb out from under a tremendous amount of technical debt, selling off almost all of the business, and effectively becoming nothing more than a marketing company with a well-known brand. Little appreciation from management for the hard work of the individual contributors.

    Advice to Management

Focus! Identify ROI before embarking on projects. Don't spend millions of dollars without a contract with the client.

Great company, when it was still in the business of consumer travel, but now they've dumped their product and employees.

    Pros

I've been in one of the U.S.-based call centers, and it's a terrific group of people. The management is straight up with us, sets achievable parameters, and follows through on what it says it will do. And, where its reasonable, they have compassion. Great team atmosphere.

    Cons

They've changed their business model, and seem willing to keep changing. They licensed their consumer name "Travelocity" to Expedia, and fired most of the groups associated with that overhead, except Cruise. The rest are history. They sold their TPN (Travel Partner Network) to Orbitz, and the call center people are under the gun to figure out who they can sell themselves to and still stay open. There is zero security in the future.

    Advice to Management

Solidify your business model and start showing some consistency again.

    Pros

None any more, such a shame.

    Cons

Watching what is the death of a one time wonderful company. All employees terminated, except for a few. Expedia now has taken over sales and service. Remaining components, affiliate sites like banking booking sites have gone to orbitz. This one time leader in the industry is going down like the titanic.

    Advice to Management

Nothing will help, it is too late.

    Cons

Poor management. All about politics and not the people. Leadership is extremely week!

    New management!

    Cons

Most of company's employees are going away (outsourcing to Expedia)

    Advice to Management

No need. The company will soon be dead for the most part and what's left will probably not last long.
