    ConsExtremely important to let owners have more freedom to manage choice. Getting rid of brilliant and requiring other software is a huge overhead cost.

    ProsSimple job, no need many skills, a bit a leader skills, very good for someone who what grow within, lots of training provided. good job for young mangers as first job

    Consless pay, no mobile phone, no laptop, no accommodation provided with that role. 24h on call, tough job, if someone sick you have to cover the shifts sometimes long hours week work-40-60
