    Pros

    Family Atmosphere, Annual Raises, Company parties and events throughout the year, Opportunity for quick growth, Accept entry level, Benefits!

    Cons

    Possibility of Shift work, i.e, night shift on some occation Salary based, possibility of rare overtime required, no overtime pay (since its salary based)

    Pros

    Easy hiring process, nice co-workers and wonderful CEO. There are NO other pros but I have to fill the 20 word minimum.

    Cons

    Too many to list. Very shady company! Employees are treated with disrespect and debased regularly. Pay is once a month. Almost impossible to get a day off or use accrued vacation. Very unprofessional environment. No regard for employees personal time-schedule for 12 hour nights and 12 hour weekend shifts are posted on Friday to start the following day-Saturday; unable to make plans with friends and family.

    I have been working at Trax USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Knowledgeable team, great location with its own parking garage, complimentary coffee and tea, great exposure to airline maintenance processes, lots of learning (self induced).

    Cons

    Closed call center style tight work space, very little room for growth, constant dependency on management to get work done, very little training/learning tools available, 12hr overnight shifts, very high turn-over rate, company culture is divided amongst departments (Highly recommend you understand/speak Spanish to work here), excessive micromanagement, monthly pay, under average salary, lo w professionalism, no sense of belonging to a team, mandatory non-paid senseless overtime every so often, no performance recognition, little employee appreciation, no incentives or motivation from management, cold and dry work environment, lots of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in learning tools that constantly broaden the product specialist's knowledge, create monthly incentives to boost productivity, make employee performance available and accessible for every employee, make your employees feel like they belong with your company and no where else... Wake up!!!

    Pros

    Wonderful, hands-on CEO, challenging organization with limitless opportunities if you are willing to put in the work.

    Cons

    Support manager is intelligent but rude, and lacks the people skills needed to retain employees. Turn over is ridiculous and uncalled for at times.

    Advice to Management

    Hire groups quarterly and train these groups of people as to ensure training maximization. Do not use scare tactics during training. The salary for this position is not worth the headache 1 person in management creates. Pay more or continue to let people into your organization, which will expose your vulnerabilities.

    Pros

    If you already live in Miami and unable to find better opportunities, you could use this as a job to make a few bucks.

    Cons

    Worst company culture, complicated pay structure, management is very unprofessional - may be due to the company being small and run by a group of friends with no experience running a major company. A lot of favoritism, only get promoted by who you know.

    Advice to Management

    Major culture shift, better benefits such as 401K, more clearer pay structure without any tricks

    Pros

    A nice view of the bay from the conference rooms I guess? Other than that, not a good atmosphere.

    Cons

    Very uncompetitive salaries, especially for the area. Entry-level positions start at $35,000, which is barely enough to pay rent in Coconut Grove, more or less pay for food or utilities. HR and management are unprofessional to the point of rudeness. The company offers little to no assistance to employees. In all, not really even a good resume-booster -- no one has heard of it.
