    Pros

Fantastic brands and great people. Positive and flexible working environment. Its hard work but its extremely rewarding to see the results. You really need to be someone seeking a challenge and a team player.

Yes they are encouraging employee's to post but companies should, its still anonymous and you can say how they feel.

    Cons

We love the employee store.. 50% of all wines.. Make a friend at TWE and get on their friends and family list for the bi-annual sale!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep driving the improvements and invest in them.

    Pros

A dynamic business that is heavily focused on attracting the best talent. A great organization for the strategist that takes ownership, drives accountability and is not afraid to take risks.

The business understands the importance of succession planning and has rolled out excellent programs to develop its next generation leaders. A very exciting organization to work for that recognizes high performers, which I'm sure will continue through its business transformation.

    Cons

    Hard work but extremely rewarding!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue down the path of brand building and reducing the costs of production to create more shareholder value!

    Pros

The brands and winemakers are still good

    Cons

    Horrible management
    Fake good Glassdoor reviews
Everyone left after all the layoffs are miserable

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell the company - the people who cared have left the building

I won't write a positive review because my boss insists everyone does

    Pros

    Good wine portfolio.
    50% Discount on company wines
    Met some genuinely nice co-workers.

    Cons

Toxic upper management that always likes to place blame on lower level staff.
Trying to make everything seem like lollipops and rainbows by insisting workers write positive reviews.
Not sure on future of company. Will it be sold and split up?
Directors and senior management are alienated from the rank and file.
No bonuses or raises for rank and file but, there's golden parachutes for non performing CEO's and Directors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Acknowledge your employees for all their hard work and dedication. Don't keep cutting employees because they're jobs have become redundant. Sell the company and move on. It's been too long that Australia has been running the ship into an iceberg year after year.

I worked at Treasury Wine Estates full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The portfolio has some of the best brands in the world; too bad they can't get their act together. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Senior management is dropping the ball and blaming the middle managers. Unable to increase wine sales in an expanding market. Actively trying to improve their Glassdoor score with fake positive reviews that don't reflect what is really happening at the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do the shareholders a favor and resign. Stop posting fake positive reviews; everyone can see right through them.

    Pros

The brands are fantastic and the new company values of Focus, Belief, Trust and Collaboration resonate with me and are an improvement over past culture initiatives.

    Cons

Stretch goals that do not reflect past history or industry growth levels

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the stretch goals for one year so that we hit targets and start developing the confidence then the swagger that every successful company has.

I have been working at Treasury Wine Estates full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The work is intellectually stimulating and the people are "A" players. This is a turn around situation which makes it exciting and rewarding. The business is turning around and you can sense the upward trend in morale and a common sense of purpose. The new CEO and the Americas leadership team seem to know what they are doing and have laid out a clear strategy - and are sticking to it. This is what the business has needed for a long time!

    Cons

With all the changes, process has gone out the window and we are now trying to reestablish this. TWE is not built to be a training company so if you're not ready to jump in with a positive attitude and figure things out, then this is not the place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick with the plan and move as fast as the markets will allow you to. We need to buy some brands and divest others so as not to get left behind by our competitors.

    Pros

The people, the wine, and the opportunities. Hopefully, the company is heading in the right direction with the new CEO in place.

    Cons

Working here has been like riding a rollercoaster. Again, hoping that the company is heading on an upward trajectory and without an imminent drop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please reconsider the decision to take away the bonus program from lower level employees.
