    I worked at Trelleborg Crp full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The ability to put ideas into action quickly. Challenged by various client needs and troubles. Great support from direct management and Projects Teams.

    Cons

    Upper "senior" management was too far removed from the daily work done in the trenches. They accepted reports from their trusted supervisors and were not being told facts. It is good to have supervisors you trust but better to verify by actually making time to be in the plant from time-to-time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to focus on client satisfaction and have the courage to cut ties with those who are perpetuating the troubles. If you always do what you always did.....you'll always get what you always got.....and that is FAR from Tier ONE performance.

    Decent salary and benefits package; miniscule yet timely bonus schedule available most Quarters

    Cons

    Absolutely zero room for Professional Growth; little value of education; widespread cronyism, etc.

    The acquisition and development of talent is paramount to an organization's success. This should become more of a prerogative in the future of the company.
