Pros
Cares about its employees and opportunities created due to grow. Was a small division of a larger corporation now is a 1.2 billion part of the RPM family of companies. People here care about our customers.
Cons
All the normal growing pains coupled with the yin and yang of centralized and decentralized. Could use a little more sense of urgency.
Advice to Senior Management
Leverage existing resources (brand, markets and employees) to continue to grow company and better serve existing and desired customer and market segments. All organizations have opportunity for synergy. Synergy within Tremco needs to be exploited.
Pros
Very few reasons to work for Tremco, unless you are in Cleveland. They promise success but there is very little chance to achieve it. Customers seem to like the products and services but the company will not help or deliver.
Cons
If you like a company that mis-represents its training and over promises almost everything. Upper mgt. will not help or assist in any manner.
Advice to Senior Management
If you get out of your sales reps way, sales could be increased across the board.

Pay attention to policy and take inventory of what they have (man power) and stop with empty promises for promtions,either do or stop taking about it.
