- Flexibility of work hours and the understanding of upper-management about employee priorities in their lives

- Projects can have tight schedules but the focus should be on providing the best possible product. Longer testing with customers to make sure we get it right.
Advice to Senior Management
Better follow through on certain plans. More flexibility for projects and ideas. Willingness to try other markets instead of only the core markets.

a good place to cut your teeth. Once you have, there are much better options out there.

Wonder why support has so many issues. Its your Exec and Director level management team. No one likes them and will never work for them. Dont treat people line crap and maybe you wont have so much turn over. To the Stock holders, your exec team is bringing down this company.

People are open and nice,and benefit is ok,Many person speak chinese, be in the bay area near by some famous company

Salary is just so so,boss focus more budget control than abstract talent person, no good environment for innovation,technical improvement
