Have chance to learn a lot.
Cons
Marketing and sales are very poor. Management is also a big problem.

Lack of black management. If you aren't white or Asian you won't get past a team lead job.

Advice to Senior Management
Get an honest feedback from each departments employees. Sometimes the directors of each team are roadblocks to the best ideas

Technical environment and knowledge sharing between colleagues.

Benefits are not as par with other similar companies.

Talented and open minded coworkers. Good respect to R&D department. Good company culture.

Average salary and bad cash or stock bonus. Good vision but bad lack of execution ability. Change happens too often and the outcome is not so good.
Advice to Senior Management
Think thoroughly before starting to push the team for hard working. Changing too often hurts the morale. Save employee's energy and time for work instead of unnecessary company activities.

Learn more about internet security, work in a team-oriented and global company, can start biz on the side none care.

Lack of clear direction, to much crisis management, nepotism, no grown opps for non Taiwan or internal favorites.

Needs top-down review of management. More modern competitive analysis. Seems lost in 90s thinking.

- Every day a new world, lot's of new technologies
- if you have a boss that supports you (rare, but some are) you can make some career
- if your boss is overseas you can plan your day as you want

- Global is moving many roles towards TW or CN
- "high cost areas" (US,Europe) are downsized a lot
- many TW managers don't really care about their oversea team members
- blame culture
- PH people are treated like 2nd class human beings and often abused to work crazy times
- lot's of hidden agendas on many levels
- Executives change their "strategy" by books
- Quantity over quality
Advice to Senior Management
There are too many "family members" on the C-Level. Get some new blood into the company, gain about diversity in mindsets and don't let yourself be fooled by the data your Directors show you...

Going concern with a little over 1B in revenue, with a strong cash position in a somewhat stable market...
Cons
Secretive and highly matrixed, decisions are made with little understanding of the impact on the various constituents. Highly regionalized...
