“So much to learn, not enough training”
Current Employee – been working at Trespa
Pros – Exposure to the European vision of how to run a business.
Cons – Not having the European benefits package.
Advice to Senior Management – "Try not to bite the hand that feeds you."

“The company promises growth and then lays you off within a few months twice they did this”
Former Employee – worked at Trespa full-time for more than a year
Pros – get to work with architects and wonderful sales reps
Cons – working with rude people in the office
Advice to Senior Management – Just as the former review, don't bite the hand that feeds you. We all worked our bottoms off and to show appreciation you lay everyone off
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
