Great company doing all the right things

    Sales Representative (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent leadership has got the company going in the right direction as it was in bad shape just five years ago. New products that perform, solid distribution and a growth strategy any employee would want to be a part of in the company they work for.

ConsCommunication is lacking at times but getting better. Career path growth is limited.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep with the strategy and stay the course. Add new products into new markets beyond just backyard outdoor living.

    Getting better

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Winchester, VA

ProsLots of responsibility for those who want it.
    Fair compensation.
    Nice area to work in.
Tough construction market, but company positioned well.

ConsFor the relatively small size of company, it is still very "political" and bureaucratic. Quickly went from entrepreneurial to bogged down by process issues and poor computer systems.

Advice to Senior ManagementEnsure the middle managers doing the hard work are recognized. Cut through the political junk and the people that know how to grab all the glory for themselves.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
