Details
Pros
The best things about the Tri are the friendly staff and clean environment. The facility is very well taken care of and the staff make it enjoyable.
Cons
Upper management makes decisions with no staff input and they are usually the wrong decisions. Also, little to no internal promotions make staff feel defeated and underappreciated.
Advice to Senior Management
You need to look at who you already have working for you before you start looking outside of the facility. Give people something to work toward.
