Former Employee - Customer Service Representative (Customer Service Representative) in Nashville, TN

I worked at Tri Star Energy

    Pros

Health Benefits, Build Customer Service Experience and Skills, Find out what a bad working environment looks like, Good break time for smokers

    Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities for Exemplary Work, Lack of loyalty from company, Lack of discipline for employees that hurt the image of the company/assault other employees, If you don't smoke expect to work longer/harder than those that do, Will be called in while sleeping at home, If you look for better opportunities elsewhere while working don't EVER put contact info for this company,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having employees not doing their job isn't typical and shouldn't be tolerated, Employees that smoke take advantage of those that don't, Lacking any type of break time while working (no lunch break/15-min break etc) is a bad thing, An employee should receive a performance review every 6 months - a year not whenever somebody gets around to it (they won't ever get around to it), Promising consideration/interview to an employee for promotion and then never talking to said employee ever again about it while filling the position with someone who has never worked in the field before and having said employee train that new employee is Unacceptable,

    Doesn't Recommend
