    Pros

    they are reasonable people, honest share news and business situation. they do profit sharing. CEO acctually calls you on your birthday! pay is OK, not bad at all.

    Cons

    PTO could be a pain, benefits could be better but still OK

    Advice to Senior Management

    when you buy new business get rid of old management of that place. Look, if this business is for sale that would mean not only economical situation but management performance as well
