I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Salary and benefits are above average. Headquarters are nice and in a good location. There are lots of perks and opportunities for team-building and socializing with colleagues.

    Cons

Project management is poor. Workload is way too heavy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in human resources. The creative side of the business is understaffed, and thus people are consistently overworked.

I have been working at Triad Retail Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get to work with top retailers like Walmart, ebay, etc so it looks good on resume

    Cons

Tons-too much upper management that thrive on process, management is cliquey, people are promoted to keep them but have no experience managing, they don't invest in training managers, they are very absolute about their hours in the office. They don't pay fair market value, and they are shady about comp. They sell you in, then change the rules once they have you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in a consulting group to help you establish yourself as a company that is evolving. You definitely don't reflect the companies you rep. No incentive to work here. Sushi wednesdays aren't enough.

I have been working at Triad Retail Media full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Office culture, well known clients, reimbursement for certifications/training, leaders of their field, good compensation, semi-annual bonus, new equipment, casual dress code, flex time, work from home occasionally.

I've been here about a year. The company moved from Tampa to St. Pete which has made my commute terrible. Honestly, the commute is the only thing I dislike about working here. The company does a good job about making you feel important and they reward their top performers. They have a couple of recognition programs and also a great employee referral program.

Triad has several employees events throughout the year and also give tickets out to those who either get good exposure or request them.

Company is growing at a very rapid rate and are leaders in their industry. Due to the rapid growth there is lots of opportunity for advancement to those who put in the work and time. Be prepared for a challenge and tight deadlines.

    Cons

Workloads can be intense and extra hours may not be expected of you, but sometimes they are necessary to get the job done.

You don't get the banker holidays off. All the parking spots are not covered and 95% of them are compact size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing a goof job. Your town halls keep the employees in the know. Keep promoting those who deserve it. Continue to follow through on investing in your employees.

I worked at Triad Retail Media full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They offer competitive salary, benefits not so much

    Cons

Be prepared to work after hours if you are on salary, management style is horrible - A Weberian dictatorship, CEO does not follow through on promises, everyone is expendable! No culture whatsoever at this company, except it is dog eat dog, brown nose camp.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees with respect.

I have been working at Triad Retail Media full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good learning experience, opportunity to work on big accounts, meet great people, helpful resources to support sales

    Cons

Production team is insanely process driven causing conflicts internally, company is always restructuring, commissions are lower than the market value, management is disconnected from those who work remotely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Motivate and encourage your team. There may be a difference in effort and sales.
