Advice to Senior Management
The management is doing a great job. I would wish that they should continue doing the same.
Pros
- Close to Great America.
- Collecting a paycheck.
- If you want to work for Cisco and can't get in any other way.
Cons
- Despite what the recruiters or interviewers tell you about this place... believe all the things you read... it's absolutely soul crushing.
- Treats employees like contractors.
- No investments or trainings are offered to develop your career or skills.
- Candidates are given offers that are below market and below their current salaries.
- Most employees here are bored with the work they are assigned to.
- "Engagements" are really only individual assignments at their clients. No engagement approach or team environment.
- They really only have 2 clients despite saying they have many in the area.
- PTO is a joke. They offer 16 days and last year mandated that you take 10 of those days during company shut downs that were instigated because their main client shut down.
Advice to Senior Management
- Focus on actual consulting engagements instead of body shopping your employees into staff aug roles.
- Listen to your employees and let them do their jobs.
- Pay attention to when key employees leave. It's an absolute joke to think that the amount of people who leave every month are on-off situations.
Pros
They have a compelling vision and a growth strategy!
Cons
Staff Augmentation projects make you feel like a contractor than an employee of an organization.
Pros
My job tenure with Trianz has been highly satisfactory so far. The work culture is way too good and unique, as compared to other IT companies.
Trianz has some of the great international clients in multiple domain. The team here consists of some of the best associates. A good learning experience for freshers too.
Cons
Sometimes the work pressure is more, other than that its a good company.
Advice to Senior Management
The management is doing a great job. My recommendation would be to keep up the good work.
Pros
I recently joined Trianz, and was quite impressed to see some of the initiatives - especially the Trianz 2.0 transformation. The work culture has been energizing, and a refreshing change for me. It took me a while to decide whether to join Trianz, and am happy I made the right choice.
Cons
The organization needs to work on attracting the right talent that is needed to match the growth path that it is heading in.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to engage more with clients and employees to drive home the new initiatives... involve the employees to be key stakeholders of this growth.
Pros
it is fine for learning new skills but currently struggling with more number of people on bench
Cons
Hikes are not so impressive at the level 1 and 2
Advice to Senior Management
need to take action for the employee engagements.
Pros
1. Good place to learn technology, especially in PE
2. If manager is good, its better place to work.
3. For me all positives about Trianz have been due to my manager.
Cons
1. Support groups don't care a bit about employees.
2. Very few stable clients.
3. Senior management feels it is sufficient only if we give salary to employees, other than that they don't know and don't want to understand what employee satisfaction means.
Advice to Senior Management
Add a bit of professionalism in running company, IT corporates are not government companies.
Pros
- Entrepreneurs will have an easier time excelling at Trianz as it doesn't have much structure and process
- Nothing else
Cons
- No clear vision - 'being a Mckinsey is not a vision statement'
- No real capabilities
- Senior management lacks a defined vision
Advice to Senior Management
- Develop a niche and target it
- Differentiate from the big firms by focusing on advisory capabilities and not systems integration
Pros
Work-life balance
No travel
Limited but good set of clients
Cons
Leadership not very sharp and proactive
Treat employees like contractors - not employees
Acts more like a bodyshop
No knowledge sharing, training, etc.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to employees else they shall go away.
Pros
Flexible work culture. Follows process during execution.
Cons
Very few clients. Dont have long term vision.
Advice to Senior Management
Should have long term vision and goals.
