    Pros

Good company overall. Great potential for right attitude

    Cons

Infrastructure has declined steadily over the last 3 years. I feel this is due to turn over at the upper management/corporate level. Current market conditions play a significant part in the industry down turn

    Advice to Management

Better training in the manager roles. Get back to what Trican was founded on

    Pros

Great Company to Work for, great culture, honest and ethical to a fault. Great Benefits, competitive compensation with salary and bonuses.

    Cons

No Structure to allow engineers to grow. Limited training for engineers, classes offered are very rudimentary. You pretty much learn on your own or you don't. If you're lucky enough to have an actual Engineer as a boss, then you might enjoy your job, get engaged and actually learn. If not you'll just be a pumper/overpaid secretary.

    Advice to Management

Operations personnel shouldn't be in charge of engineering. Develop similar structure/path that equipment operators for technical employees so they can learn, grow and be an asset to the company.

    Pros

Can't think of any reason to ever go back there.

    Cons

Company is not from the United States. All higher management is from Canada and are lacking professional skills. If you want to drink a beer and get drunk every day thats the place for you. Highly political and very unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

No advice can be given to individuals that are high on themselves! It will never work pack up and go back where you came from.

    Pros

when busy you have great opportunity to advance. Great equipment to work with. From a safety aspect it would be a very safe place to work with out injury .

    Cons

Do not consistently stay busy, often lay offs, things slow down and you will most likely be laid off our terminated and changes are made abruptly .

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your employees and make sure that everyone knows what he our she has to do to better the company. When you tell someone that they are gonna advance follow through as we all know our word means a lot.

    Pros

Decent pay great co workers for the most part. 15-6 schedule goes by fast. Great chances to learn

    Cons

More double standards then I could count. 2 faced upper management tell you to lie on your logs or your fired then they fire you for lying on them. Run arounds on raises the new pay scale is always 60 days away. Always changing things at the very last minute. Pulled man camps with 1 days notice

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like they matter and they'll carry you far. Stop with the last minute drastic changes
