    Pros

Good for those who are relatives of managers....

    Cons

I have worked more than 1 year in this company...
    No opportunities.
    Managers are fooling management.
    No proper appraisal.
Final settlement will take more than 4 months. Lots of unexpected deductions.
Please don't join recruitment team. If you are ready to work 11 hours every day and weekends also then fine.
In unit 1 they used to provide lunch in weekends if we work. After shifting to unit2 all cancelled.

I worked at Trigent Software full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There are no benefits in joining Trigent. No learning no growth

    Cons

Very bad work culture. Worst politics .Salaries are worst.
There is no professional growth. Appraisal are just a formality. the employees are rated depending upon the relation with the immediate manager
The full and final settlement is a disaster, they deduct money giving all possible reasons which are not true.
we have to follow up with the HR team then after 3-4 months we get peanuts as full and final settlement.
The HR teams doesn't exist though they are most vital for any organization. we can say HR is dormant in Trigent.
If we reach them out for any probs, they inturn blame us and start targeting us in such a way that we have to resign from the job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please stop playing dirty politics and treat employees are human beings.
