Disorganized from the CEO on down to director level.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Redwood City, CA

I have been working at Trilliant Networks

Pros401k actually matches to 5%, which is rare. Health, dental, and vision plans are typical, if not great. Lower level employees try their best to work within a disorganized structure.

ConsLack of personnel and lack of leadership from mgmt. Low pay for the space, confused departments heads lead to lack of quality, process, and success. Very high employee turnover from dissatisfaction.

Advice to Senior ManagementFire those who fail to lead, not promote them. Listen to your lower level employees and use suggestions from those who know, not those who slow.

“Very unprofessional top management, managing by fear”

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Redwood City, CA

I worked at Trilliant Networks

ProsGreat coworkers, lots of them are very brilliant in what they do.

ConsTop management very unprofessional, favoritism is so obvious. They can be very childish in treating their employees.
If they pick something they don't like about you, they will start treating you like a blacksheep although you have excellent work performance.

Advice to Senior ManagementCheck the pulse of your employees, not juga the top tier.

Roller coaster

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Trilliant Networks full-time for more than 3 years

ProsWas vibrant, in its day. Something to be said about a different business plan each day. The "can do" facet of this environment was invigorating.

ConsBig company attitude in small company shoes, seems to have lost its way when taking corrective action from the idea a day regime that did exist. They had every opportunity, still do.

Advice to Senior ManagementBecome the good part of start-up culture again. Take some risks and break out. Bring in some motivated talent and then motivate them further. Don't comply to the market that has been set by others. Create it. Get ahead of the game as you once did.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
