I worked at Trimac as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Management cares for your development, and is committed to helping throughout your training. I was an intern and I was given access to key meetings and projects that involved collaboration from executive level individuals. General Managers are always open to help and answer any questions.

    Cons

There is not much room for growth due to the size of the company. There is not much of a sales culture. The sales department is still in its developing phase.

I have been working at Trimac full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Only the available benefits can be considered a pro here.

    Cons

Too much responsibility required for what amounts to $10.00 or $12.00 per hour.
    The equipment is old.
In my opinion, the equipment is maintained to a minimum.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should consider a guaranteed minimum per week if they want drivers to be able to survive financially and stay with the company.
