Pros – Trinmble offers good vacation time and stock options. They also have a pleasant work atompsohere. Employees and management are easy to work with.

Cons – New benefit plan is not that great. Annual Raises has been put on hold because of the economy until things turn around.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the employees because they have more experience than the management team, which spends most of there time in meetings or on conference calls.
