Details
Pros
Nice people to work with. Easy going atmosphere. Very stable emplyment. Some very smart people (not enough). Sunnyvale is a very nice location.
Cons
Satisfaction will vary greatly depending on the division you work for. I worked in one of the smaller divisions where Trmble used to be a market leader. They are now struggling to compete with newer more nimble competitors.
Advice to Senior Management
There is more to Trimble than the Engineering and Construction Division. Kepp an eye out for businesses like At Road with little chance of success.
