Really smart engineers
Good managers (if you work with the good ones)
Easy to get things done
Interesting workCons
Codebase a bit fragmented, difficult to fix sometimes
Should document software more
Sometimes management/marketing make clueless decisionsAdvice to Senior Management
Listen to the engineers. But some Trimble managers do that already and they're awesome. Just make sure you end up working in their group!
