Pros – Enjoying the people that I have met, work with, and teach.
Cons – I any company, there is always someone that is never satified with what ever is happening and alway shows a negitive mood.
Advice to Senior Management – Due to the economy, there are always cut backs in any organization. I beleive that you are trying your best to keep as many employees as possible. The purchase of new equipment for critical care of the patient is a must. I have seen some out dated equipment that should have been replaced a couple of years ago.

Pros – Coworkers are friendly and focused on completing task.
Cons – Poor health benefits.
Poor tuition reimbursement, $2500/ year.
Challenging workplace, patient to staff ratio are incredible.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure you can handle a tight budget and that you work well with staff.

Pros – You are exposed to many clients with a wide variety of needs and are able to accumulate the clinical hours needed to get your LCSW in NJ
Cons – A stressful environment that is not always well managed. There is a constant demand to see new clients without an effective way of managing work-life balance. Budget is often an issue, so there is frequent pressure to see more clients.
Pros – -Very supportive work environment with caring co-workers
- Mostly everyone cares about patients and their quality of care
- Benefits are better than most NJ hospitals from what I hear
- Behavioral Health is finally moving to EMR
Cons – - Salary is low
- Employee benefits are decreasing due to ever decreasing budget
- Older staff are set in their ways and resistant to change
- Working in older buildings and facilities that are in much-need of improvement and renovation
Advice to Senior Management – Please find a way to increase departmental budgets and add more staff. Many are over-worked to the point that staff morale is low and some only do enough to "get-by" although there are many who are loyal employees and dedicated to their positions.
