    Pros

Most coworkers are great to work with, supplies are usually available.

    Cons

Lazy staff, poor administration, high patient to staff ratio, employees being late to work

    Advice to Management

Do what you have to do to show your employees you care for them. Have meetings where you include everybody not just the upper management.

    Pros

People and Medical staff are great to work with.

    Cons

Salaries are poor and the turn over rate is high, plus you are over worked with patients.

    Advice to Management

The turn over rate among staff will remain high until staffing needs improve, along with salary.

    Pros

Caring for patients is important, most colleagues are smart, capable, and team players.

    Cons

Salaries are low, limited raises and upward mobility. Directors and manager frown upon taking earned vacation, sick, and even lunch time, Most employees are overworked while management sits around on their phones all day and takes lots of time off. Frequent meetings are an inefficient use of time. HR department is not very helpful.

    Advice to Management

Hire more employees! Regularly evaluate directors and managers. Reward employes who go above and beyond and give consequences to employees who consistently do not perform.

    Pros

There is parking on the property. The salary is not terrible. There can be good staff to work with.

    Cons

You are on your own. Nobody helps you and nothing gets done if a problem is brought up to the managers. The units are constantly understaffed and the help you do have are lazy. People show up to work late on a regular basis and when they get there they are on their phones all day and there are no consequences against them. It is completely frustrating to work hard with people who cut corners and don't work at all. The higher ups don't care when units are understaffed and don't have a problem with one nurse having 8-10 patients.

    Pros

The employee benefits that are provided by the Hospital are excellent. We as a company strive to enhance the quality of care that our clients receive at our facility.

    Cons

The only con I would say is that the parking that is provided for the employees is a decent walk from the hospital, but they do provide a shuttle service to and from the area throughout the day.
