    Pros

Great people. You can have the opportunity to learn and get plenty of experience IF you know the right people.

    Cons

Limited upward mobility and management doesn't seem to be on the same page. There seems to be a disconnect from department to department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As mentioned above, management needs to get on the same page. I know they're a smaller company but they need to hire more people so they all employees aren't getting involved in more projects than what they can handle.

    I worked at Trinity Biotech

    Pros

many good, friendly and intelligent employees. Have some good ideas that could become great products with the proper direction from management.

    Cons

Upper management is completely clueless, especially in the Kansas City Plant. The Plant manager is incapable of listening and understanding what he hears. Continually plows through with some half baked ideas without understanding what the employees are trying to tell him.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

REPLACE the Upper management and HR in the KC plant.

I have been working at Trinity Biotech

    Pros

Nice people, dedicated workers. Weekly meetings keep you informed and the product they produce is a decent machine and is selling well.

    Cons

Big division between departments. System for documentation and communication are just horrible. Takes 10 extra steps to things done. Can be frustrating to feel any accomplishment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop hiring so many temp workers and pay your employees better, the ones who work hard anyway. Its hard to work as a team otherwise

    I worked at Trinity Biotech

    Pros

The employee's and management were great people to work with and very helpful to new employee's no matter what level..

    Cons

The Senior Manager's of the company were not very good at managing their business. I think they could do a much better job in reducing cost helping the company to be more profitable.I saw alot of wasteful spending as a former Sr. Manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consolidate suppliers and providiers, look at your spending in ALL areas-reduce waste.
