    Pros

If you work hard, Trinity will notice. They give opportunities to be promoted from within. It really feels like a family here, you can pick up the phone and call other associates for help and they are always willing. Upper management will be in your corner and want to see you succeed. They will offer you opportunities to further your education and career goals.

    Cons

You will be in a constantly changing environment. If you are not organized, you will fail. You need to have tough skin as some of the residents can be very demanding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A better focus on training. Hiring and keeping great employees.

Micromanaging, penny pinching and overall very inefficient! Take your talent elsewhere!

I worked at Trinity Management Services full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

There are no any good reasons to work here unless you want a employer who underpays you and overworks you with very limited time and resources.

    Cons

There are so many - not sure where to start. The company will go through lengths and waste their time to pinpoint what you are not doing versus what you are actually achieving for the betterment of the company. You ask for help and it will take weeks before anything gets approved because everything, I mean everything will need to go through the COO of the company, who loves nothing more than to micromanage their employees. This company makes a lot of money but penny pinches in every aspect. Their training is non existent and you basically have to learn everything on your own. Their commission and bonus system is the saddest of them all and they offer absolutely no other additional incentive to their employees. The meaning of "customer service" is like a foreign language to them. All they care about is charging every single penny back to the tenants. Work for this company and you will learn nothing but to micromanage others. All of their equipment and computer system are outdated and will take them at least 5 years to "catch up" to anything. The list goes on and on. You will be much happier else where AND you will get paid better too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What is the point? They are not going to take it. Here's one. Why don't you LISTEN and reflect on yourself and your business for a CHANGE and realize how inefficient and horrible kind of business you are running. Wake up Trinity! Times have changed and get out of the 80's business model! Learn to treat your team members with trust and respect. And get a proper HR staff for goodness sake.

I have been working at Trinity Management Services part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Working the front desk you are pretty autonomous you are basically a greeter. Most of the time the other employees have you back. You can move up quickly because every one quits. You can become Property manager in a year and a half. This is a Huge company and they own 50 properties in San Francisco and they are still building.

    Cons

you work on the weekends. Crazy residents. Their is very little training, and when you leave your job the knowledge that you had accumulated leaves with you. The owner of this comply is responsible for rent control in San Francisco. The building that work in is nice but it's in a bad part of town that scares the upper class IT crowd residents/

I have been working at Trinity Management Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My coworkers are amazing people - helpful, competitive in a healthy way, personable, and professional. The company itself has many useful tools and resources for managing the many aspects of property management. The owners and upper management are direct, communicative, and responsive when it comes to making sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.

    Cons

Even if you're very experienced, there's a lot to learn. There are a lot of resources at your fingertips, but you can't be afraid to ask for help. There's a lot going on and if you don't reach out for help, it's easy to get overlooked. Speak up! Also, as with any real job, you'll devote a lot of time to managing interruptions to your workflow - so stay organized and keep your chin up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always keep in mind that your employees want to excel as much as you do.

    Pros

Honestly, it is very hard for me not to find one positive thing to say about a past job. I can say that because

    Cons

This was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The training is non-existent. There is no customer service towards residents or employees. Bonuses are deducted with poor or no reason. This company will honestly get you no where except for frustrated and broke.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees and residents with more respect. Upper management should work in one of the offices for two weeks to get an idea of how thing are run.

I have been working at Trinity Management Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Fast paced environment, with outstanding sales training (they brought in Kate Good!). The company has properties across the city (in excellent locations). Agents are really good at referring clients to other properties in the event their client has needs that are not offered in the original building they toured.

    Cons

Transitioning to a new computer system, which still has a few kinks that need to be worked out. I know they are working hard to smooth everything out, and that it is only a matter of time before everything is working perfectly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great sales training!
