    Pros

Some people are great to work with.

    Cons

The Administration isn't too caring about its staff.

    Advice to Management

Care about the people who are the faces of the company and then everything will fall into place.

    Pros

Some of the best parts of working here are good pay, friendly environment, bonus checks every quarter if goal is met

    Cons

Some areas have poor management, discriminate against younger employees especially on holidays.

    Advice to Management

Maybe try to keep departments from being SO heavily understaffed. This is a problem in any department within the hospital.

    Pros

None. Management is horrible! More like a play school. Texting, personal phone calls on co phones and cell phones, Internet use for personal things on hospital equipment, all in front of patients and mgmt. management does nothing. The employees that stick to the rules and work hard to be the best they can be for the clinic are treated like outsiders and management looks for any little reason to write them up. Management plays also. Personal calls and texts when they need to be available for employee concerns. No communication between mgmt. and employees. Horrible environment to work in. High employee turnover rate.

    Cons

Just having to go in each day to that environment knowing management could care less if you are there or not. I had to leave a star rating because of this site but I would give it no stars.

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Manage like adults. Quit playing favorites.

    Pros

    Cons

There are some not nice people working here. Management does not allow employees to defend themselves. Poor pay. Do not honor physican work excuses.

Pull your heads out. Be human. Quit being selfish. Be understanding. Don't fire people for stupid reasons.
