    Pros

Some of the best staff to work with in health care. Also for the size of the company it provides some of the best health care. It compares to the big cities.

    Cons

    Its a physician ran hospital.

    Pros

Hospital has a great reputation. Great Doctors. Good clinical experience. Great education department for clinical staff.

    Cons

Low base pay. Holidays come out of PTO. Favorites. If your not the managers favorite, kiss your job good bye. HR is clueless.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff. Don't pick favorites. Pay your staff for hard work.

    Pros

The techs were very helpful with each other and I enjoyed my time there. A great spirit of cooperation and helpfulness existed the entire time I was there.

    Cons

Compensation was poor compared to ETMC. Management had areas where it was evident that cost, and seemingly only cost, was there overriding concern. Morale took a definite back seat to cost, no doubt.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to the experience your techs bring you.

  11. Overall a positive experience.

    Pros

The fellow techs and the camaraderie in the department were nice, and people were generally ready to help out.
Equipment was pretty up to date.

    Cons

Management within the radiology department was sometimes out of touch with what was happening out "on the floor". Having a manager that played favorites was not helpful either.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people: they are your greatest resource.
