The pay is the going rate for this line of work. There's plenty of positions available due to the mass exidus of the employees. The pay's always been on schedule.

Cons

If you're having a child, don't plan on attending the birth without resigning first. If there's an emergency, plan on having only 10 days to get things in order without having to resign. Otherwise, you're kicked to the curb.

Advice to Senior Management

I would recommend that the upper management be removed and have people in key positions that care more about the boots on ground and less about the numbers.

Pros

Triple Canopy looks after their employees especially those injured while on the job.

Cons

Small firm so most people are dual-hated on jobs
