    Excellent benefit package. Very solvent and stable company. The leader of life and medical insurance in Puerto Rico.

    Salaries are not so competitive. Need to review their compensation structure.

    Opportunity for advancement, diversity, management, peers, benefits, projects, overall a great place to make a long term career. excellent experience.

    Cons

    Bureaucratic, old fashioned, patriarchal company. Somewhat conservative in some of its policies and overall organizational culture. Career plans are not clearly stated.

    Listen and implement ideas that come from people in the bottomline, promote people from within. Review your hiring and HR practices.
