“I had a very hard time going to work for 5 hours without the ability to talk to other employees for less than min wage.”

Pros – the work requires little thinking
Cons – -less than minimum wage compensation as an independent contractor
-poor work environment
-extremely boring
-felt like a mutual waste of my time, and the time of the people I was calling
-owner of the company truly could not care less about lower level employees
Advice to Senior Management – Pay at least minimum wage and give your employees a reason to stay there.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
