    I worked at Tritium Technologies

    Pros

You make your own schedule, you can get away with coming in late 2 or so times per week. no one would notice unless they have it out for you or unless you complain about some unethical thing that they're doing.

    Cons

Only fulltime people get benefits but its not healthy to work there fulltime.
You will get crazy emails all day long about how you didn't have a good call with an unemployed customer who hates the credit card company she owes; or about not chewing gum or texting on the call floor.

    Advice to Management

People should be promoted because they have the skill set and education to lead a team, not because they can work the hours that you need ACD coverage or because they sit there all day or because they are family.

  2. Easy

    Pros

flexible hours and opportunity for bonuses when the company is doing well. Management is young so you can do whatever you want. looks nice on resume

    Cons

unorganized and alot of people were under qualified for the position. seemed like they hire anyone who applies
