The company is very innovative and definitely one of the companies that contribute most to the future of guitars and other music instruments. There are a lot of interesting and unique ideas there to work on and they're open-minded to new ideas.
It is a good place for people who want to do more-than-average work and for people who are able use the freedom they have to reach their goals.
There is a clearly visible tendency to constantly improve the company.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do and sometimes you don't really know where to start. The company is relatively small and has not yet found it's optimal organization structure and way to function. For example not all departments have the optimum number of employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Go ahead and try to steady improve your skills like you usually do. The company is getting better from year to year and it is important to keep this direction. Sometimes you should pay more attention to the things that other people say.
Otherwise, keep up the good work!
