    Pros

There are lots of great employees! Very easy to get along with most of the employees. Management is not to bad to deal with either!

    Cons

dealing with HR! They treat people like they are beneath them. Too obsessed with fund raising for United Way.

    Pros

Big Casino with lots of workers. Most employee's are friendly, caring and fun to work with.

    Cons

Management seems to like the personnel who do less.

    Advice to Management

My advice to Management is to notice who is really doing their job and then some.Thoughtful service is the motto that should be followed by all. Please update your CEO to Tony Rodio COO. Mark Giannantonio has been gone for 3 years.

    Pros

Hours were good. Location on the Atlantic City famous boardwalk, nice to see the ocean on your lunch break.

    Cons

Medical benefits are lousy. Food in employee dining room, food choices could be a lot better, ie, healthier choices. Junior Managers and Managers should be assigned to take mandatory manager courses how to manager correctly and effectively.

    Advice to Management

The company is top heavy and needs too many VPs, Directors and Managers. Needs to consolidate reporting structure. Company would do well with new lean methods, cost efficiency continuous improvement. Save money and allocate monies elsewhere to enhance the hotel and casino further.

    Pros

Good for initial experience on the strip. I was changing careers and was able to get an interview and started the next day. If you don't have any experience, you could find one here, but with the market these days, there are no openings to even go for right now.

    Cons

The company has gone through so many owners that it's hard to keep up with just the basics. There seems to be changes that are more about someone trying to promote themselves than toward bettering the company. There is a lot of management turn around which creates a lot of growing pains. It could be a downside if you are at the bottom of the barrel since a lot of the positions are union so seniority is a big thing rather than performance.

    Advice to Management

I wish there was better bounderies between management and front desk clerks. It was difficult to decipher what to do or what your options were. Training could be improved, but I don't know if that is even possible since management is found to be less aware of the needs than the bottom line workers are.
