    Pros

Having your own voice and being able to make your own decisions on the fly, without having to ask permission first., Everyone takes pride and ownership of their positions, great benefits and a good working relationship with the HR department.

    Cons

    Long work days or nights.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

a little more communication would have been nice.

I worked at Tropicana Las Vegas full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The best part of working at the Tropicana were the wonderful people that were dedicated and passionate at what they did and stood for. It was a team effort and I enjoyed working side by side with them.

    Cons

Upper management did not pay attention to Ideas and efforts to improve. We were continuously asking for tools to do our job however, were constantly ignored. It was hard to do your job if equipment was not working or clients constantly noticing and had feedback regarding it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the people that care and want to improve and be proud of where they work. When you don't want to listen or assist where needed, morale of the employees starts to diminish. Beautiful place on the outside and on the inside, it was falling apart.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
