    Pros

None. Well, perhaps the bonuses but I have known people that cheated and stole from accident victims to increase their recoveries and thus, their bonuses.

    Cons

Most of the management is absolutely not qualified to be in their positions. The other reviews that echo this opinion could be right too. Additionally, there is an extreme amount of politics and those that get promoted are brown nosers and in the good ol boy clique.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing I can say will matter because they have a history of ignoring suggestions.

I worked at Trover Solutions full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Human Resources employees are very professional and helpful

    Cons

Management will not let you forget any mistakes that you make. You keep getting reminded over and over of mistakes you made months ago. They will not let it drop. They have certain employees that they cater to. They listen to their complaints and do not even bother getting your side if the story. They make you life a living nightmare and find fault with almost everything you do. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you decide to work here, watch your back!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop listening to all the petty nonsense, gossip and complaints from different people. Focus on the job and treating people with respect.

I worked at Trover Solutions full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

A lot of great people to work with, fitness facility.

    Cons

There are a lot of people in management positions that lack the skills or company experience to do the job effectively. As previously mentioned, there is a "good old boy" network that you are either in or out of. Senior management is not very visible in the trenches and are often insulated from the problems occurring by the managers who are creating the problems to begin with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out on the floor more often and show an interest in what is going on, get the opinions of the people actually doing the grunt work. You have unnecessarily lost a lot of good people by keeping blinders on.

I have been working at Trover Solutions

    Pros

Trover has some very bright and talented people that work for them. Unfortunately, they never stay for very long.

    Cons

Trover offers a bonus as part of your salary but pay scales are well below market.
The culture at Trover is very "clicky" and politically charged.
Many unqualified people are in key positions due the good old boy system.
There are a few people in "C" roles that are seriously holding the company back and seriously damaging Trover's already bad name locally.
Trover will not ever keep high end talent for the reasons listed above. The driven, bright employees always leave quickly for companies that appreciate them and understand how to utilize their talent.
Meetings are often adversarial and turn into "ego measuring" contests.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Much of the cultural issue is drive by a select few people in key positions, everyone I talk to outside of the company is aware of those people. To me, this means you are asleep at the wheel or you condone this type of environment. That is sad because Trover has real potential.

I have been working at Trover Solutions

    Pros

A pretty big company that gives a lot of people work.

    Cons

Most of those workers get treated badly. The ones treated better are the ones who make "friends" with the right people. Management ignores rules or twists there meaning so they can do whatever they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Step up or step down.

    Cons

Problematic product lines in some divisions.

    I worked at Trover Solutions

    Pros

Great co-workers, lots of flexibility regarding pto etc.promoted often without political connections, truly a merit based system. Compensation heavily tied to bonus/goal and commission depending upon your position.

    Cons

Organizational anorexia. Always trying to do more with less to the point where quality seemed to suffer at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would increase the infrastructure to allow for better quality for client.
